    Eden bank is a lovely house we were aware of the road noise before booking but it was quite horrendous if you had windows or doors open. The house was amazingly well equipped even down to books and boardgames. The bed in the single room was an issue with loose slats which kept colapsing Fantastic area with plenty to do.

    Loved it! House was superb, with all the comforts and amenities provided. Very comfortable. Edenbank is ideally situated to sight see in and around St. Andrews. Also the views from the upstairs windows were amazing! Only drawbacks were noise from road behind when sitting out in the garden and the beds were quite hard.
