One of the best cottages we have stayed in. The gite and gardens were perfect for our needs. The owner was away but his friends could not have been better hosts. Lovely welcome and fresh produce from the garden.

Attractive cottage in a stunning garden setting (more like a park). Well furnished and comfortable. Owners friendly and helpful, but not intrusive - very nice welcome with home baked Normandy apple tart, a bottle of local cider and some eggs from their own hens. Ideal location to tour the general area. Oven in the outbuilding is a little strange, but we did not need it and found the microwave and mini electrical oven indoors sufficient for our needs. The steps leading to upstairs bedroom are quite narrow and steep. Again, not an issue for us, but anyone with reduced mobility could find this a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely location for our needs, we wanted a centre to cycle out from and this was ideal.
