With far reaching countryside views Berrington House (refs 24773, 24774 & 24795)adjoins the owner’s home which is situated on the edge of Tenbury Wells. The ancient market town of Tenbury is set on the River Teme and was affectionately referred to by Queen Victoria as ’the town in the orchard’. It provides a range of interesting shops, cafes and pubs whilst Ludlow with its fine eateries and restaurants is only a short drive away. For walkers Titterstone Clee Hill offers spectacular views from its summits or if you prefer a more leisurely stroll there are plenty of country walks through the Teme Valley renowned for its growing of hops and cider apples. The cathedral cities of Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester are only a short drive away as are the National Trust properties of Berrington Hall and Croft Castle. All three properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 11 guests. Shop ½ mile, pub ¼ mile.

All on first floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen with wooden floor. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Gas hob. Electric oven. Enclosed gravelled area and furniture. Parking (2 cars).

All properties: Gas central heating and electricity included (£50per week, £30 per short break October-March). Bed linen and towels included. DVD and small library. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. No smoking.

    A gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings and fittings. Beautiful views, very peaceful. I would live there.

    We stayed at East Apartment while waiting to complete on a house we are buying in the area so it was not really a holiday. Having said that, East Apartment was a superb place to spend a week. Compared to other holiday lets we have stayed in since the end of October, it was much cleaner, much better equipped and cheaper. Someone has clearly given some thought as to how the apartment looks rather than just chucking any old cheap tatty furniture and fittings. The result is very good indeed.

    Only slight criticism is the comfort of the settees. Other than this, everything else was excellent. Nice touches such as fresh flowers, bread, milk, eggs and cakes on arrival. Plus owner went out of his way to come and meet us. Andhe was always contactable if required.

    Nice apartment with lovely views could have done with remote for dvd player other than that no real comlpaints

    Very nice flat, nice friendly owners who added little extras which were very welcome. Nice area, plenty to see and do

    The location and inside of this property were really good. The disappointing element to the property is the outside space, the picture bears no resemblance to the actual outside area - it is very overgrown and the seating provided was a very old and not fit for use. The parking area was surrounded by overgrown bushes too.
