Easdale cottage is a lovely cosy cottage in a really nice location. We had a very pleasant week and found lots of things to do in the local area. Its a very short drive to Oban and Fort William is about 40 minutes north.

Absolutely brilliant cottage. Owner, Chris, was very accommodating, letting our 2 dogs run around (but to b honest they just lay there)! Loads of walks from the site, beautiful beach at benderloch, lovely food at the creagan inn, 10 mins away (tho we did have one meal which was'nt as good as the first.) Fantastic bike path yards from the cottage which goes from oban to fort William. Cottage lovely, clean and tidy. Doggie biscuits were waiting for the dogs and after a long drive were made up with them. Would definitely book again especially as Chris was so nice and his cottage so comfortable, hopefully not too long.

A very nice cottage inside and well equipped. My bed was very hard and my back is still recovering it some like it like that. The cottage grounds looked tired. In the grounds of a former grand home also very run down. But the worst thing was that from the rear windows what was seen was a dumping place for old machinery and all the bins. From one bedroom and the kitchen that was the only view.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We are so sorry that you had some issues with your stay. If you had mentioned the problem with the mattress we could easily have swapped it for a softer one as we have several available. We pride ourselves on the quality of the grounds, cutting the grass and tending the borders and hanging baskets every week and we will be posting some up to date pictures in the next few days to show how lovely they are. We note your point about the bins which have now been relocated away from all the cottages. We are very pleased to note your positive comments about the cottage, cleanliness and equipment.

Lovely cottage with everything you need. Warm and very comfortable. Log fire and central heating. (Logs are free). Good WIFI signal. Dogs are made so welcome by the owners. Gardens are lovely with outdoor seating areas. This cottage is well worth the money. I have paid hundreds more for far less comfort. I will visit again.
