the property is in a good location as are local amenities - a small, well stocked shop nearby or a larger range of shops in Seahouses, a short drive away.

My family and I had a lovely holiday in this cosy little cottage. It was a perfect size for 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. The cottage was lovely, bright and clean. It was in an ideal location, perfect for Beadnell Beach and getting out and about in the car.

This cottage ideally suited our purposes. We wanted to be close to the beach between the castles of Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh on the Northumberland coast. We didn't want to have to drive far or very much during our week's stay. The coastal bus service between Newcastle and Berwick is excellent. Accommodation was very comfortable for an adult couple and it had all the facilities for self-catering we needed. It's a very quiet location with an attractive view from the back. The local amenities for eating out are good but pricey; Seahouses a couple of miles away is less expensive although not so attractive as Beadnell, and it serves the popular boat trips to the Farne Islands so can get pretty busy with visitors. A small village shop within easy walking distance sells essential supplies.
