A nature conservancy area is within walking distance where a large variety of wildlife may be seen including deer, ducks, geese, herons, raptors and swans. Local visits include distilleries and an aquarium. Amazing cottage, had a wonderful time. The only reason I marked down the equipment was because of the hob. You need a degree to work it, the instructions where missing and it literally took us hours to get going. Otherwise perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Duncryne cottage, beautifully renovated with excellent living/sociable spaces. It was very comfortable & well equipped. The outside area's and access to nearby walks was good. Staying with our dog and young child the cottage was safe and made for a relaxing holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Duncryne cottage. Mike is extremely friendly and welcoming. The cottage is great, well equipped and has a great surprise in the garden (an all-weather bbq). The surroundings are beautiful - the woods behind, and walking to the top of the hill for a magnificent view over Loch Lomond. We will definitely be returning - assuming we can find a spare booking!
