Downsview Cottage is perfectly placed to explore that area of the South Downs. The Annexe was clean, warm and well equipped and the icing on the cake for us was the use of the 2 acre field to run our dogs morning and evening. Arundel is "a must" to visit if you enjoy antique shops and dog friendly cafes (the Castle was closed for the winter period) and is just a few minutes away. Chichester a bustling market town is well worth a visit. The beaches at "the Witterings" are a must if your dogs love a romp on the sand! Will certainly be returning to the area to do more exploring.

This was my third time at Downsview and it wont be my last either. The location is just superb with local amenities on your doorstep but also the beauty of the South Downs just a stones throw too. There really are too many places to explore in a week, especially if you are a keen walker. The cottage is beautiful with everything you could need and want (maybe a larger bin in the kitchen!) and extremely dog friendly with lots of information on what to see and where to go. Lynn is on hand next door should you require anything. Having great weather too was a bonus.

It was a wonderful holiday the accommodation was lovely, beds were a dream to sleep on and it was well equipped with extras like tea coffee etc. The welcome cake wine and milk was a lovely touch. garden was great nice and enclosed for the dogs expect a little muddy in Autumn weather . It was great having the use of the enclosed field for walking dogs in the morning and evening. Added bonus. It's a lovely area to visit with food shopping just down the road. All nice and close. Lynn couldn't of be more helpful with being on hand if needed. Loved the hand book with all the information about the area if you are new to it and wanting to know where to visit. Very informative. Very enjoyable holiday and can't wait to visit again

The best holiday cottage I've ever stayed in . Very clean and decorated to a high standard. Lynn was very helpful and friendly and a nice touch having cake, biscuits and dog treats left out . The use of the secure paddock an added bonus. The local pub was lovely and very dog friendly. Plenty of information provided on places to visit too. We will definitely be back :-) .

Lovely property, clean and well looked after, Lynn is very friendly and welcoming. Ideal for staying with dogs (we have 2) with an enclosed garden and easy access to the exercise field at the specified times. It is a short drive to the beach, or to downland/woodland walks. Wife is disabled (2 sticks to walk indoors, and wheelchair to go any distance) and was able to get around perfectly well. Will definitely be back.
