We've had a great holiday in The Byre! It is equipped really well with everything you could possibly need, there's even a BBQ for those sunny days. The location is lovely with fantastic views of Ailsa Craig and easy access down to all of the nearby towns. Sheila who owns the farm is very welcoming and has some great tips on things to see and do. Our 3 year old loved helping her to feed the cows and would have done it everyday. We really wished we'd booked 2 weeks instead of 1!

The perfect holiday for our 3 year-old son who absolutely loved visiting a work farm every day. The highlight for him was helping Farmer Sheila feed the new born calves. The location was perfect as a base for days out and there's plenty of brilliant things to do & places to visit nearby. Even though on a farm there was no noise at all at the cottage. Sheila & family couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend.
