Parking on the road in Chapel Lane is unsatisfactory. This was not made clear in advance.

Lovely cottage, full of character. Ideal for a dog as very safe and private garden. Everything you need in the cottage including a good store of logs, however not required as superb weather! Comfortable beds and whilst bedrooms on the small side... It is a cottage! Well worth a stay.

We have been to this cottage twice before and we're looking forward to seeing the new kitchen. We were not disappointed. There was also new carpets throughout the cottage except the lounge where the carpet had been replaced by laminate flooring which is much more practice with dogs coming in and out.

Had a most enjoyable stay over Xmas in this cosy cottage. This was helped by the wood burning stove though warm enough without. Well equipped though this means less storage space for food etc.Parking a bit of a problem but no alternative. Nearby Pub/restaurant has good menu but popular so you need to book - which we hadn't so couldn't get in

Comfortable and cosy when the weather outside was anything but. Good range of entertainment. Excellent information guide. Loved the wood burner.

This was the second time we have stayed at Dolphin Cottage. We had an excellent holiday and are very happy with the facilities and comfort of the cottage.

Dolphin cottage is a lovely place to stay the location is great and tranquil and on a narrow lane which has the parking which you have to tuck your car into . Wiveton is a great central village to stay in we walked every day from the cottage and enjoyed the North Norfolk coast & Country side . The only negative thing we have to say about the cottage is that we found it really unclean with a thick layer of dust on everything and felt unclean and smelt of dogs and just had an unkept /unloved feel to it , I understand that it is a cottage that accepts dogs however have stayed in many before as owned a dog & lover of Nofolk for the last 21 years and always been happy before just because I have a dog doesn't mean I want to live like one , we had to hoover on our 1st day there not what we expected . But other than that it is a great cottage in a great place

Fantastic location for walking. Lots of lovely places close by easily accessible by foot. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play along and we found ourselves in the car far more often than we would have liked. Be aware that the local pub is very booked up. It was impossible for us to have a meal there. Also, the local pubs seem very expensive.
