The photograph of the drive on the property was very deceiving, three cars on our visit only able to park one. We were under the impression that we would be closer to the beach that's why I booked it as i'm not very mobile.

I very enjoyable week, but a private garden of any size would have made it almost perfect.

The cottage was lovely but the location of it could have been explained better as we though it would be on the front of Llangrannog not at the top. The cleanliness and decor were very good. The description should be more informative to include washing machine, hairdryer etc and that there is a small garden to the front of the property but none at the back. There was no light in the laundry room which made using it during the evening impossible. Wifi should be included for the price charged. There is only parking for one car which also wasn't stated in the description so if there is more than one car in the party this could be problematic. The lighting was poor in the kitchen and there were no operating instructions for the cooker and microwave.

lovely renovation and quality. furniture was in poor state and there was a constant musty smell downstairs. no enclosed garden. very very unsafe for children. they could so easily fall into the stream. no drying facilities other than my husband having to climb onto the wall and tie two ends of a so called washing line together. only 2 teaspoons and very little cutlery for 6 people. tv interrupted signal all the time. would not recommend it for children or dogs as there is no gate and the driveway is open to the main road.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. There is a washing line at the rear of the house near to the stream, also there is one to the front of the house.

The house was very damp and the smell was overpowering. When we returned home, I had to wash all clothes as they smelt of damp. The layout of the property was good although the location of the property in Llangrannog was challenging due to the steep walk. I would recommend that the property needs a refurb to sort out the damp and update furniture and kitchen equipment and cutlery.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. We investigated the odour and found a small rain in at the front of the house, this has now been addressed, we are now looking to refurbish.
