had a lovely stay at doire an daimh whildlife was amazing with the family of pine martins visiting every night for their jam sandwhiches a lovely comfy cottage the only things missing was a information book about the cottage a phone as we had no signal all week and would have been needed for emergencies up to date dvds as there is no wifi which if you have a teenager would be a great benifit to keeping them entertained you can always turn your wifi off if not wanting internet on holiday brilliant relaxing holiday will holiday at this cottage again .

A warm and comfortable base to return to after wet and windy days out in beautiful Ardnamurchan. Decking very slippery when wet so be careful to avoid slipping. Regular evening visits from a family of Pine Martens was a highlight of the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the daily visits from the Pine Marten's. The cottage was lovely and well equipped but we would have preferred an enclosed grassy area for the dogs. This wouldn't put us off revisiting but a gate on the open decked side would make it more secure if the sun's out on that side and you want to sit out. Only issue for us was the rain and the midgies but hey-ho this is the West Highland's!!

Amazing holiday cottage has everything you need for a perfect break. Highlight was the daily visit of the pine Martin, leave out food and he will visit. We have been holidaying in Scotland for 15 years always staying in cottages, I can honestly say this was one of the nicest and most comfortable ones. Stunning location, very easy to get around, one of our best weeks. We will definitely be back.😃

Wow what a stunning place. Cottage does not do it justice, it is a bungalow, so big my partner kept getting lost. The views are stunning, even in the rain. The wildlife is amazing. I'm a walking disabled lady and managed very well in this property. The local people are all very friendly and WiFi if you really must have it is available in the local café, but don't live stream, my son did and was asked to leave. Some reviewers claim WiFi would be a good idea for the cottage but I think not, we were so relaxed on our last day, no internet, no phone signal ....bliss. Perhaps a payphone for emergencies. The can opener needs replacing and the mats for getting out of shower or bath need to be non slip, other than that it's well equipped, even has some kitchen stuff. We will be back again next year.

An excellent cottage, only think that might help is wifi, a larger tv for nights of bad weather and potentially a guide to local walks etc as there were none to illustrate where to go from the doorstep.
