Dodd’s Lee is a delightful detached farmhouse in the village of Dockray in the heart of the North Eastern Lakes. This spacious cottage is full of character and complimented with excellent facilities. Beautifully furnished throughout to provide a high degree of guest comfort, Dodd’s Lee is a home from home. Dockray is a quiet hamlet with a pub/restaurant just 300 meters from the house and a great location from which to explore the whole of the Northern Lake District, whether on foot, bike or car. Outdoor activity centres at Glenridding, Rookin House and Rheged lie within easy reach. About 1 mile west of Ullswaters Aira Force (a superb walk from the door), Dodd’s Lee is easily accessible from the M6, just a 15 minute drive.
Ground Floor: Heated by oil central heating and comprising:Lounge: With solid oak floor, beamed ceiling, TV and wood burning stove in inglenook fireplace (logs not provided). There are three steps down from kitchen to dining area.Split level kitchen/Diner: With tiled floor, gas range cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: With washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With twin beds and en-suite electric shower, WC and wash basin.
First Floor: Bedroom 2: With king size bed and view. Bedroom 3: With twin beds and window seat. Bedroom 4: With king size bed, window seat, en-suite shower, WC and wash basin. Family bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin.
