Ground Floor: The entrance to the property has one fairly steep step into the porch and then is all on ground floor with electric heaters and comprises:

Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer
Conservatory: With dining furniture and comfortable seating with radio/CD
Bedroom 1: With double bed
Bedroom 2: With small double bed (access from one side only)
Shower Room: With shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

All electricity, bed linen and towels included. First supply of logs for stove provided. Travel cot and high chair available by request. Enclosed patio area at rear with garden furniture, chiminea and BBQ. Off road parking for 1 car.
