Property was spacious and clean and warm. Everything worked well apart from the dishwasher which leaked now and again. There was no teapot to make tea or cafetiere to make coffee so we had to provide those ourselves. An apron to cook would also have been useful. I couldn't see a first aid kit so hopefully one will be provided. Apart from these small things, the property was great. We would love to stay there again as the location and space was great for us. The cleaner was fantastic and very flexible and easy to get hold of. This is a gold standard property.

Lovely period house with sympathetic modern referbishment. Brilliant location in an up market area with local cafés & vintage shops a 2 minute walk. Supermarket with cash point also 2 minutes away. 5 minutes walk to beach and only just over a mile to town. Pleanty of room for three couples. Will recommend to family and friends.

Blessed with good weather but disappointed with the copious amounts of seaweed on the nearest beaches. Sad to see the seafront so run down and abandoned, (closed lido, crazy golf, playground, run down Winter Gardens) and surprised that mid July was still out of season for Dreamland which was closed. Property is large with three large bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Quiet area with double glazed windows closed but a little road traffic a night with them open in warmer weather. Hourly bus into town or 30 min walk. Tesco Metro about 10 min walk. Given the distance from town and poor local beach this is a bit pricey, but great as a base to go further afield each day.
