This coastal holiday cottage is just a stone’s throw away from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, ideal for family groups.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this traditional Pembrokeshire stone holiday cottage is in a quiet lane at the edge of the small coastal village of Trefin, a short walk from the spectacular coastal path. The cottage is the middle one in a row of three and has been furnished throughout with loving care and great attention to detail, with four en-suite bedrooms. The cosy living and sitting rooms have wood-burning stoves and the bedrooms are a delight, with views of the sea and coast from the two rear bedrooms. Outside, guests can relax in the large, enclosed garden with magnificent sea views, perfect for watching the sun set over Aberfelin Cove. The area itself has lots to offer, including fantastic walks along the iconic coastal path where visitors will find the picturesque harbour villages of Porthgain and Solva, offering art galleries, shops and irresistible restaurants with freshly caught fish always on the menu. Visit the small city of St David’s, featuring the magnificent 12th-century cathedral and the medieval ruins of the Bishop’s Palace, both historic landmarks to explore with the family, or head to Whitesands or Newgale with their beautiful beaches. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire’s countryside is just as promising with its array of charming market towns and medieval castles dotted around the county. For a family day out, take a short drive to the popular tourist resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, or visit the county’s award-winning leisure attractions including Oakwood, Manor House and Folly Farm. Beach ½ mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and cafe 500 yards.

lovely cottage with good size bedrooms and sitting rooms. A second tv would be a nice extra! Location was great for coastal walks, which even in the rain and wind were enjoyable. Kitchen would benefit from more cooking utensils, but overall was well equipped.

A lovely place to stay. Clean and well presented with really pretty bedrooms. For seven adults it was slightly cramped for lounge seating. We had a couple of technical problems which were dealt with quickly.

Our party was 7 so this was a great cottage for us. Beautiful walks locally close to a great pub. It was cosy and warm and very well equipped. We all slept well. A great cottage for a base to explore South Wales and a lot to do. White Sands beach was lovely and the shed at Portgain for Fish and Chips. Perfect place for New Year !
