Stayed at Dalvanie Mill for 4 nights in October 2017 with the family, 4 adults, 2 children and our dog. The property is set in a wonderful remote location, tranquil and bliss. The perfect place for a stress free relaxing break away from the daily grid and city life. A place to enjoy quality time with the family. The cottage itself is charming, rustic and welcoming surrounded by stunning views. The interior is full of character with 2 fantastic fireplaces - absolutely bliss! Not forgetting the hot tub which is serene and is maintained regularly. The kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker and fridge. Bob is courteous host and very helpful. Pitlochry is not far away where we attended the annual Enchanted Forest event. A must see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. Going to look into it after I write this review! If you are looking 50" TV's, mod cons, WiFi etc this may not be the place for you.

Excellent place to relax, hot tub wonderful after running everyday. Building is old but full of character. Lots of wildlife, deer, hares, buzzards, kestrels and woodpeckers. Log fire was great on a couple of chilly evenings. No WIFI just helps you relax, we didn't even turn the TV on. Will certainly return

Very nice cottage in excellent rural location with a lot if wildlife (roe deer, red deer, birds of prey, trout). Sure we would come back to the very same cottage next year, had the owner not tried to charge a high fixed daily rate for electricity rather than 'electricity by meter' which is advertised on your website.

A wonderful remote Highland place. We have parked the car upon Arrival and used it again when we left. There are lots of wonderful walks around - don´t miss Loch Beanie. The stream behind the house is a plus which was very much appreciated by the Kids (dam building). Not to forget the hot tub and fire places. Other than that some sheep, grass, hills, clouds and sunshine. Bob is taking care of things and a very nice Person!
