The cottage was quiet and very near the town. It was exceptionally clean, tidy and well equipped. The only problem was the mattresses in the top bedroom, they need to be replaced. Other than that, great!

This cottage was ok, but it's proximity to a very busy road let it down badly, albeit very near the old streets of Rye.

This cottage is the best equipped property I have ever stayed in and without doubt exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the cottage to my friends.

Cosy comfortable cottage, very well and attractively appointed. Conveniently situated close to the centre of the town. Lots to see and do in Rye and the surrounding area.

Gorgeous cottage, would definitely stay again. For us most importantly it worked well with a toddler which is hard to find in a holiday cottage. It's a cute quirky place in keeping with beautiful Rye and has been decorated tastefully. The rain shower in the bathroom was also a huge plus and the heating worked very well which was much appreciated in December!
