We had a lovely time at Flint cottage, it was a perfect location set in the tranquil countryside with far reaching views from the front, but Yarmouth is only 3 miles away. It is ideal for exploring Norfolk with major routes not too far away.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Loved the views over the farm land, so peaceful. We will be going again next year , one of the best equipped cottages we have stayed at. Only one small problem the beds were a bit hard but it did not stop us having a wonderful week. Maybe some hooks on the bedroom doors would help.

a lovely location, spotlessly clean , but oh the beds are so uncomfortable, perhaps that's the wrong word, they are so creaky, every movement makes an awful sound & kept us awake(my husband normally goes to sleep & doesn't hear anything but this bed even kept him awake! a cottage that sleeps 6 normally has a 4 slice toaster & a larger freezer would not go amiss - this cottage is good unless you been to Teapot cottage at Gairlochy (also booked through you) this has well & truly spoilt us & don't think will ever be beaten!

overall good,a lot bigger than expected, the first couple of days there was a problem with no hot water, but fixed by third day.We did find the bed in the ensuite bedroom extremely uncomfortable and really 'noisey' like you was sleeping on plastic and straw !! Everytime one of us turned over it disturbed the other one,and we both had back ache by the end of the week. Cleanliness good, but cutlery drawer was full crumbs and lights were full of dead flies !It was just small things that niggled like no loo roll holders,no hooks on bathroom or bedroom doors, but saying that we would stay again if they changed mattress and we were looking in that area

Beautiful rural location only a short distance from both Caister on sea and Great Yarmouth this is an ideal holiday cottage. We could not have been happier with our stay there, very comfortable and clean and home from home. Many of the previous guests had returned more than once and we would definitely stay there again.

For a family holiday (grandparents, children and grandchildren) one of the best places that we've been to. Homemade cake was a nice touch.

Stayed here with my 96 year old father. Generally very suitable for someone like him (mobile but slow, and hangs on the the furniture). All flat apart from one relatively small step between kitchen and sitting areas, which is manageable. Cottage kitchen well equipped with good range. Everything in good condition, and beautifully clean. Not specifically marketed as suitable for people needing assistance, but cuold be. Could do with some hooks in the bathroom, and for someone like dad, a grab rail in his en suite shower would be helpful. Only other issue is the size of the step down from the back door to the garden - it's a big step for both older people and children. Excellent value for money, and a lovely little cottage.
