A lovely cottage; spotlessly clean and very cosy. A warm welcome from the owners along with a welcome pack and then the added bonus of fresh eggs from the owners hens. All in all a superb property

We had a lovely Easter break at Curlew Lodge. The owners were friendly and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. It was less than 40 minutes from Longleat safari Park and Bath, both of which we enjoyed visiting.

We regularly rent cottages and Curlew cottage was by far the best we have stayed at. Mark and Helen made us feel most welcome and the welcome pack was very thought full. The good weather was the icing on the cake.

As with previous stays we had a lovely relaxing time using Curlew as a restful base to see family & enjoy the country side. The starter pack is always useful, hosts very friendly, however it would be helpful if a couple of 'bath sheet' size towels were available.
