Very helpful hosts well equipped and comfortable. November is not always the best time to be there as many of the attractions are not open but we were very lucky with the weather and managed to fill our time.

A stunning cottage; very clean, equipped with everything you need. Decorated to a high standard. Although in a remote, quiet area this suited us with our 2 children (5 & 6). We cycled around the beautiful grounds of Sandringham, visited the gorgeous beaches and lovely villages. Highly recommend this cottage.

This was a lovely property and ideal for a relaxing weekend break. Things to do in the area are limited but we didn't want to be rushing around so that was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the pictures of the property were an accurate reflection of the standard and style. There were only a couple of minor niggles, the plates, bowls etc were very badly scratched and marked to an extent that we bought our own. There were no large glasses either, so again we bought our own. But that said we would certainly consider staying there again if we wanted a quality property in a quiet relaxing area.

For our purposes this let was excellent. The property is modern, but within in a peaceful Victorian farmhouse. The owners have created this excellent property in the shell of an old machinery shed, very cleverly. The modern taps need attention, and are a tad difficult to operate. The owners were pleasant and welcoming, there when needed, but never intrusive.

Lovely barn and owners, some items need attention. Front bedroom en-suite sink tap is loose and the sink drain plug needs adjusting. The kitchen sink tap is very loose and needs to be tightened. The guttering needs to be cleared at the back of the property, as we had water coming in above the lounge window in heavy rain downpour. Could do with a fire guard and a hearth kit; some more dinner plates would be helpful as we had to continually use the dishwasher at half capacity to ensure clean plates for dinner. Overall a great and cozy place to stay, quality fittings and very enjoyable. A definite place to revisit in the future.
