Enviably overlooking the sand dunes of Holywell Bay this cosy ground floor holiday apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the golden sandy beach and the Cornwall Coastal Path. Newquay with its excellent beaches is approximately 4 miles away, whilst the cathedral city of Truro with its museum, theatre, restaurants and shops can be easily reached. Golf, fishing, horse riding and tennis are all available locally and there is a 13th century inn just a short walk away. Shops and restaurant 1 mile, pub 300 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room with patio door/dining room. Kitchen. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.

    The property lacks privacy. Although the price is said to include car parking space it doesn't.

    Response on behalf of the Owner; I am very sorry this guest was disappointed with the high standard we try our utmost to offer at Cramore. Cramore is advertised as having a shared garden and we have always tried to make guests feel at home within the property. The week this guest stayed, we had friends staying with us and the drive needed to be shared, we asked the guest to move their car for our friends to get their car out, there was no need for them to have parked on the road, they could have parked back on the drive immediately and continued to do so rather than choose to park on the road, I believe therefore this was a misunderstanding between us. I will endeavour to make sure with future guests that they do not ever have to park in the road unnecessarily, if the drive ever has to be shared again. I’m sorry that this guest felt the need to rate Cramore so poorly on these issues and hope to assure future guests the issues above are duly noted.

    This is our second visit to Cramore. Excellent property covered all are needs and plenty of out side space. Local pub only 5 min walk serves excellent food and very friendly. The Cramore is an ideal location for seeing the sights of Cornwall.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Cramore. I received a phonecall from the owner a few weeks before my visit with instructions regarding picking up the key and general information about my stay. She was a very friendly and helpful lady. The cream tea welcome is a lovely touch. The property is an adequate size for 2 people and very clean & comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen to do any sort of cooking. The setting is fantastic within Holywell Bay, the rest of Cornwall being easily accessible from here. Overall I would definitely return to Cramore again in the future.

    Lovely cottage perfect for 2 people. The garden is just perfect and set out to catch the sun at any time of day.
