Purpose built to be a holiday cottage, this has all of the essentials for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is lacking in charm and character, but that's only to be expected for such a modern house. We stayed in winter, it was exceptionally well insulated and very easy to keep warm. There is direct access to the Speyside Way, so you can walk from the cottage without having to walk along the nearby B road. It's a couple of miles each from Nethy Bridge and Boat of Garten, so there are amenities quite close to hand. All in all, comfortable if not exciting.

The owners were lovely and being a modern house, it was lovely and warm but could really be amazing with new furniture, lamps and tv/ dvd/music appliances. I think from what I can see there is a substantial increase in the cost of rental for 2017 but the property needs a re-fresh to command top notch rates so for that reason I wouldn't re-book.

Suprising spacious cottage, probably recently built for the holiday market. Well finished, good sized utility room with extra freezer for larger parties. Fenced lawned area. Very dark at night, ideal for stargazing and well off the road so it's also very quiet. Power pylon nearby but it was frequented by buzzards so good for bird watching.

A wonderfully situated cozy cottage surrounded by the most amazing scenery. Lots of places to visit and things to do. The cottage was warm and welcoming and very spacious. We highly recommend it. The owners are on hand to help you and are very kind and friendly.

Very enjoyable stay in well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious house. Only drawback was lack of WiFi - so much reliance on instant information of area, opening times etc very important while on holiday.

We had a very enjoyable stay despite the weather. It is in a very good place for getting out and about. A very dog friendly place with an interesting garden for inquisitive noses - the dog's not ours.
