This is a wonderful house for families. Loads of room and a good size garden. The views are fabulous, the hot tub enjoyed by all and as it was a snowy weekend, the games room was well used. We had a super weekend. Only small recommendation, larger and better towels would have been great plus the baking trays in the kitchen need replacing along with the toaster. Other than this all good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Was disappointed that the hot tub was not working. The view from the house is spectacular. A few little repairs to the house could make it better, and a door on the laundry room would also keep it warmer. Could not use the snooker or tennis table because the room (garage) was freezing cold. Having said that it was very cold and snowing out so probably in normal circumstances would be warm enough. Also the rooms to the right of the house as you go through the front door were very cold.

Good location. We loved walking around the walls at Chester. We thought Llangollen canal was impressive and well worth a good day out. Lovely views from the property. The property is looking tired and lacking a few basic necessities such as window dressings in bathrooms and kitchen. Seating in the lounge only seats 6 people. No coat hooks.

This was a great family get away. We were at full capacity including 2 children and a baby and did not at all feel cramped. There was plenty of equipment an entertainment for us adults. It did lack a few child friendly components e.g. potty, toilet training seat, toilet stool and children's toys. These could be made available cheaply. The owners were lovely and cleared the drive of snow on several occasions, so we could access the property. The views are stunning from this location with an amazing hot tub, which was fantastic in the snow! A great property all round, apart from there is no toilet to side of the house, which was tricky for one of the children, especially in the night. The games room is very cold in winter but with a coat and a couple of heaters we all managed perfectly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Superb accommodation, superb views, in a lovely location ...ideal for a chill out few days......loved the garden, the hot tub, the Farmhouse was spacious and provided everyone with enough space to enjoy the whole 5 days. Would definitely go back......managed to see two calves being born on the nearby farm.........slight problem with the hot tub due to the heat...but soon sorted. Recommend it for a weekend stay or a midwwek stay.
