Fantastic property, very spacious and a bonus having bedding and towels provided. The only issues we had were controlling the heating, it was cold downstairs and too hot upstairs, and couldn't get access to the outside bins so had to leave the rubbish inside which we felt a bit guilty about. The rooms were stunning. Would love to return in the summer to make use of the balcony area which has amazing views. We didn't explore the immediate area so can't really comment on that, but handy location for all the activities we had planned.

As the house was well pressented and it is certainly in good location the house set up is not for families with young children. All bedrooms are located on ground floor and living room with kitchen on first floor. It is near impossible to sleep whilst people are still in living room and kitchin due to very poor noise insulation between ground and first floor... we had 3 little children with us and we won't be visiting againg...

A great house in a good location for Snowdon. Overall, this is a decent sized property for 8 guests, set within ample gardens in a rural location. The living space is excellent, with a huge dining table and kitchen area. There are lots of walks nearby, and the location for Snowdon is great. The property is semi-detached, as described, with all gardens and driveway shared, which does limit privacy. A welcome book / details on local amenities etc. is required, as there is very little information available. A lack of outdoor furniture is a shame, and more crockery / glassware is required. Gas for the BBQ was empty on arrival, with no replacement. Overall a great property in a great spot, just falling down in a few minor areas.
