A beautiful cosy cottage in a quiet and idyllic location. The cottage has everything you need and sheep who love to join you for breakfast! You are at the end of the owners garden but it doesn't detract from the cottage or the tranquility of the setting. We loved it!

We enjoyed our week very much. The weather was kind and we enjoyed the surrounding area. The cottage had everything we needed to ensure we had a good week. Our hosts were very helpful when we needed advice during the week. We would certainly recommend and would like to visit again in the future.

Delightful off the beaten track cottage. Has everything needed to have an enjoyable holiday but no dish washer? Very welcoming and helpful owners.

The cottage stands out through its cuteness and wonderful location. Very clean, very nicely decorated and extraordinarily kind hosts. My wife and I spent our honeymoon in the cottage and both the cottage and the hosts contributed to making it a wonderful experience.

Our break was in November and the welcome could not have been nicer, walking in to a log fire that had been lit before our arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine. We immediately explored the cottage and could not have been more pleased; it has a real old world charm and is very comfortably fitted out. The kitchen has everything you could need and we soon felt quite at home. It was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and find a field of sheep next door. This is a very quiet and peaceful area and you do need a car if you want/need to head to the shops but that is the very essence of a "get away" weekend. There are lots of interesting places around and some really lovely walks.
