Seaview was a lovely cottage with an excellent location. the cottage was clean and well appointed. we appreciated the welcome tea with scones after our long drive down. It worked well for my mother, sister and myself and also for our dogs. There were many walks from the cottage and Coverack was within an easy walk from the cottage. My only comment is that a more powerful vaccum cleaner would have helped us but that was a very minor item. I would definately stay there again as it was truely lovely.

We were very disappointed with this cottage. Location great. Lounge and double bed very comfortable. Cottage marked down because bathroom in need of update, NSH were so old and damaged the controls couldn't be adjusted, although essentials clean there was an accumulation of dirt/dust behind curtains, stairs and heaters. Kitchen cupboards smelt damp/musty as did entrance (plaster coming away) Downstairs windows couldn't be shut properly and bathroom window likewise. Oven and kitchen equipment very old. Thankfully weather was fantastic so didn't have to spend too much time indoors.

The house is situated in a perfect location. Areas of the house are in need of a make over. The room/cupboard just as you come in the front door would be ideal as a cloakroom/downstairs toilet. Instead it is just full of junk. The bathroom is poor needs a complete revamp. The kitchen is good apart from the hot tap which has not been looked at for a long time, the spindles being totally worn down so you struggle to turn the taps on or off. Equipment needs changing, I have thrown away better frying pans. The property begs investment, but the owners obviously would sooner take the money. Maybe they should spend a week there themselves.
