Location is great, but overlooking an outhouse and carpark is not what I was expecting from the pictures. The floor in the kitchen was sticky in places with drip marks still visible round the bin. Clothes moth problem in the property. Batteries flat in remote and torch and DVD player didn't function more than 10 minutes. Property looking tired, scraps, scratches and dents in paintwork and furniture.

    Response from: Administrator

Response on behalf of the owner; Thanks for taking the time to review one of our properties and we are sorry you did not have an enjoyable experience. We have an onsite manager down there who would have been more than happy to help with new batteries etc. if it had been bought to his attention. We regards to the cleaning and maintenance issues the cleaners have been called into a meeting to discuss with the Manager to insure this does not happen again. Finally I am confused as there is no carpark outside your property. There is a small gravel road that passes it but there is no parking unless someone has left a car where they shouldn’t have. Regarding the outhouse this is actually a dry storage area for guests to store bikes etc. and use the tumble dryers. It has a proper tiled roof and is a useful area for a lot of guests.
