Warm house, nicely placed in centre of Fordingbridge but quiet as away from road. Beds comfortable. Could do with another comfortable seat in lounge if 5 people stayed. Would benefit from hairdryer and some kitchen basics, had to buy kitchen towel roll and a washing up brush, as well as a welcome pack which most places visited recently have supplied.

Warm and cosy BUT no welcome whatsoever. No milk, no sugar and a teaspoon of coffee. Plenty of tea bags. Note on the wall threatened a wheel clamp possible for parking outside, but as it turned out this never occurs. This caused undue worry as the garage was impossible to use because of parked vehicles outside. Owners have a business next door and didn't even say hello, but blocked us in every morning with vans. They did move them when asked. No batteries in DVD remote, and machine not connected. Shower head in en suite leaked badly. Very quiet, and handy for shops but this property is not one whose owners care much about, and care even less about their guests.

The cottage had everything we could want for our holiday and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues to mention: 1 - the Beds were a little uncomfortable 2 - the WiFi dropped out on three days One suggestion would be to make one of the double beds two singles which would be more family friendly.

We had a lovely few days in Corner Cottage, which is very conveniently situated in a private location right in the centre of Fordingbridge. The beds were comfortable and the fact it had two bathrooms was a definite benefit - even though the shower left a little to be desired as the force of the jet wasn't great and it was impossible to turn the knob past the 'red button' to get hotter water. Only other thing to mention on the negative side was the lack of a hair dryer (being a bit picky now). We'd certainly come again.
