Nice property in a great location. Quirky and homespun 'crafty' decor with plenty of fuss-free kit to use. Nice rooms, excellent shower and loads of space.

Coopers Retreat was an ideal base to see the North Norfolk coast and a short walk to the beach for our dog. The cottage was very well equipped and had everything to hand although a mop and bucket and vacuum cleaner would have been useful to do a quick clean as it is amazing how much sand you can bring in! There was plenty of hot water (although couldn't get the bath water to run hot) and the house was lovely and warm with additional logs for the fire as well. This is an ideal house for families with young children as there was a plethora of games and books for the little ones and should you wish to exercise your inner Jamie or Delia there are some great cookery books as well!

Fantastic holiday cottage that is a home from Home So close to beach and local shops and kitted out to cater for all needs Lovely notes of what to do and where to eat Fab walks near by with welcoming pubs that are muddy paw friendly. Our 6 year old daughter said best holiday ever 😁

Had such a lovely time here that we booked again before we left! Lovely house, well equipped and handy for shops and seafront but in a quite position. Loved the decor and the garden, a well loved home. Only small minus point was the parking, someone had parked a camper van outside all week taking up two spaces, not owners fault though.

We were delighted with our accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Perfect location, 2 minutes from the sea. Lots of lovely walks close bye. We would definitely recommend this property.

First visit to Norfolk and very impressed. Cottage in excellent position in nice town with good bus/train links as well as as good walks and beach. Plenty of attractions, houses gardens within easy reach and so our six year old was happy - as was the sixty year old. Definately a house and area to return to.

Cottage badly let down by overgrown garden especially at front, makes house cold and dark. Could do with a deep clean. Well equipped. Location is fantastic.
