Description

After a busy day spent exploring the Pembrokshire coast, curl up in front of the woodburner with a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub.

These beautifully renovated detached Welsh barns, Ty Llo (ref W43266) and Coal House (ref W43267), stand a few yards apart, and a small terraced row of three (300 yards from the barns), comprising Wyth-y-Nant (ref W42214) and Hawton (ref W41830), both end terraced properties, and Coeden Afal (ref W41764), the mid terraced property, are all situated on Carmarthen Bay in the coastal setting between Ferryside and Kidwelly. Tastefully decorated throughout, each bursts with character including original stone walls and beams. Close to the historic castle at Kidwelly and just a short drive to Carmarthen. Beaches at Ferryside, Pembrey and Llanstephan are all within easy driving distance. Enjoy a day at Fos Las racecourse, only a 15-minute drive. The holiday cottages provide an ideal location from which to enjoy the sandy beaches of Pembrokeshire and the Gower, the latter renowned for being Britain’s first AONB. Spend your days exploring the historic town of Laugharne, famously known for the iconic boathouse of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, and visit the castle and traditional Welsh pubs where fresh fish is always on the menu. Don’t miss a visit to the National Botanical Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens. Golf, riding, fishing and water sports nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 0.75 miles.

Very lovely cottage but a bit pricey comparing to others in better location. If you would like peace and quite - it's perfect for you. But if you enjoying nice views, walks and hills then look at different locations. Cottage itself is beautiful and combining that together with open fire it gives you very nice and relaxing evenings. Hot tub working fine as well. Definitely would come back in winter time to spend days in hot tub and evenings in front of a open fire.

Comfortable cottage. Very well equipped.Hot tub immaculate. The only criticisms are that the lounge is very dark and that the tiny dog next door could squeeze under the fence into our back garden so maybe some wire at the bottom is needed. It was a lovely week and everyone was very friendly.

Very comfortable spacious cottage, added bonus having a hot tub. Would definitely recommend to others.
