This was our second stay at Coastline Cottage and we can't fault it! We have 2 children (7 and 4) and they adored being so close to the sea - even in February. We are hoping to book again for the same time next year.

The perfect place for us and our dog Toffee. The cottage was warm, cosy and very well equipped - especially nice to have a decent size fridge/freezer. Log fire an added bonus. grassed area opposite and short walk to a lovely beach / dunes was doggie heaven.

Ideally situated by the sea and within walking distance of an excellent pub, local shops and Lowestoft itself. The cottage was very well equipped and very cosy and comfortable, and our dog was also made very welcome. The one VERY important thing that was missing was an Ordance Survey map of the area indicating footpaths and bridleways. This is essential in a cottage that promotes itself for its local walks and cycle routes etc. Alongside this it is always very useful to have a book of local walks available. In nearly all the other cottages w have every stayed in we have valued and made daily use of such maps and guided walks and on this occasion it would have saved us rather a lot of walking along public roads. A great shame in an otherwise excellent cottage.

A very nice cottage by the sea for a holiday or a short break. Lowestoft is minutes away and it is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. My wife and I would stay again if visiting the area. The rear bedroom would be ideal for another couple or two children. The four poster in the main bedroom was a novelty for us and very comfortable. The lounge/dining room is quite big with seating for 6 at the table and two 2 seater lounges are also included. We met the owner who was very nice and helpful with all of our enquiries re the local area.

A comfortable & well equiped cottage in a fantastic location within easy reach of many places to visit both on foot & by car. Pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of walks for those with dogs who are also allowed on some beaches. Local pubs with good menus. The Jolley Sailors even had live music on a Sunday afternoon. Rooms within the cottage very roomy & comfortable & the hosts supplied lots of information with a warm welcome including tea/coffee/milk and cakes. A very enjoyable stay with great weather and look forward to returning in the future.
