Stayed as a family in this cottage, it felt very homely with a nice pub only one minutes walk away the beach was a two minute walk away, main shopping area a short walk away with a good variety of shops, takes a bit of time to get to Blackpool but with very good transport links never felt that long, glad I stayed in this property would happily stay again

The cottage was handy for local attractions however i found it quite dirty. There were cobwebs on the kitchen window that must have been there weeks if not months, the headboard on the double bed was covered in dust and the previous visitors toothpaste was still smeared over the bathroom wash basin. The clocks changed whilst we were there and the boiler was still set up for summer time so found it quite chilly in the evenings and early mornings. The shared forecourt/garden is untidy. The outside light worked sporadically which made it difficult to unlock the door at night time as I was doing it by feel. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy.

A nice cosy cottage in an excellent location, with some lovely walks. The furniture was comfortable if rather dated, as was the bathroom suite. The kitchen was very well equipped. The cottage says its dog friendly but not being allowed to leave your dog alone in the property ( say in the kitchen) while you go out for a meal in the evening is restricting.
