It is a large, well equipped, comfortable cottage. It was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a third stay at Coachmans Cottage and it was good as the other two, an extremely well appointed cottage with a lovely garden and extremely good hosts there if needed, but not intrusive. They also provided a nice welcome pack. We again visited our favourite garden which is 10 minutes down the road East Ruston Vicarage this garden was a lovely as ever and we spent a good three hours being wowed by all the lovely plants, trees and we very much enjoyed the café where we had a good lunch.

Lovely, well equipped cottage. Beautiful gardens. Hosts very welcoming, chocolates, drinks and milk in the fridge upon arrival.

A great base for what we wanted to do this week - visits to Norwich (for Paul Nash exhibition, Norwich festival, museums etc) which was only 40 minutes by car, and for visits to some of Norfolk's marvellous old churches. The cottage was much bigger than we expected (or needed), and the garden is lovely.
