Beautiful small cottage in a lovely little town within easy reach of some of the most interesting parts of the Dorset coast.

The cottage needs some TLC to justify the price of the booking. The garden is very overgrown leaving no area to sit outside, and does not reflect the photo shown of the outside. The living area is dark and depressing and I think some added light was used on the advert photos. There was a very musty smell and I did find some slug trails on the living room carpet. We had a terrible time with the boiler cutting out and I hope this has been addressed for future ocuupants.

Road very noisy and garden very untidy so couldn't sit out in it. Sofas uncomfortable and back door hard to lock. Beds were comfy but cottage not like we thought we had booked. Area very good for exploring places.

Beautiful cottage, would definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back. Very comfortable with everything you need, good location to explore the surrounding areas, we had a great week dispite the weather not being good.

This is a comfortable and tastefully presented cottage, just a few minutes walk from Beaminster village centre with its shops, pubs and cafes. The addition of the conservatory makes a useful dining area and a light and airy place to sit for reading or writing. The rooms are of an adequate size with good quality furnishings, especially the spacious lounge with its inglenook fireplace. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom and bedrooms were well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coachmans Cottage and would recommend it for a relaxed stay in this beautiful part of Dorset.

Lovely cottage but was disappointed to find that there were no towels not even a tea towel to dry dishes, had to buy in supermarket. Apart from that everything else was fine.
