Well thought out holiday cottage. The owners were friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything you would need and more. The shared playroom had a comprehensive selection of DVD's and play station Games to choose from. There was a television in the double bedroom and a play station in the twin room and a bookcase of books and board games in the cottage. The beds were comfortable and the heating wonderfully efficient We had a fabulous relaxing time. Being able to walk the dog across the fields in the mornings was an added bonus.

Very nice cottage and excellent grounds and owner shame about the wifi.

Response on behalf of the owner:- Thanks for your great comments and glad you enjoyed. Wi-fi update is that BT have now installed expanders and wi-fi appears to be working well in both cottages so fingers crossed that this will continue.

Nice pleasant cottage in quite location ,no nearby pub or restaurant without having to drive.also the cottage back's onto a country lane ,which is not shown in any photo and is not mentioned . we had two dogs and had to be cautious outside the front of cottage ,there is a large field to exercise your dog's and the place is really dog friendly .

Cottage is beautiful and the location was great, easy to get to surrounding areas. It was spotless and Gary was the perfect host, very helpful and welcoming. The only drawback for me was the beds, the double was very hard and I couldn't sleep on it so I tried one of the single beds and I could feel every spring, I would still return though as the cottage was lovely. My husband was a little annoyed as Gary's spring onions were bigger than his !!!

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; The mattresses were changed at the beginning of the year to quality memory foam sprung as a client mentioned the old one was too soft, I guess everyone has their preference and sometimes you just can’t win.

We had a wonderful short stay at this lovely cottage. We take in a few cottage holidays a year and this was by far the cleanest we have come across. Set in a beautifully quiet area Coach House has all the utilities you need and much more. A surprising bonus was the 'small library' of Playstation 2 games and DVDs - they were probably at least 100 (if not more!) of either of them to choose from, which kept the kids busy throughout a wet weekend, while my wife and I were able to watch a film on both nights. Made to feel very welcome by Gary and the fresh eggs from the chickens was an expected bonus - the kids loved them! The cottage is well situated just 5 mins away from the lovely village and beach of Llansteffan and just 15 mins away from Carmarthen, so plenty to see and do if the wetahr is nice but equally plenty to keep you (and the kids) amused if you're stuck in. Highly recommend and will definitely look forward to going back!

There for 2 nights for a weekend away, exactly what we were looking for. Stunning property with great facilities, and were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Was great that we could bring our dog with us. We all loved it, next time will stay for longer. Thank you Mr & Mrs Sloan.
