The holiday property is only 3 minutes’ walk to the seafront and harbour where Exmoor meets the sea. This homely and spacious semi-detached Victorian house offers excellent accessibility for walkers and families alike to explore the breathtaking rugged scenery of North Devon and Exmoor. The National Trust footpath to Watersmeet passes by the house and there are a number of circular walks from the property. It is ideally situated for walking to the shops, pubs, restaurants and other amenities that Lynmouth has to offer, including fishing trips from the harbour during the summer season. The famous cliff railway is on the seafront and this gently transports you up the cliffs to Lynton at the top, where there are more shops, and from here you can walk to the Valley of Rocks where the wild goats roam. The wonderful surfing beaches of Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are nearby, as are the towns of Minehead and Barnstaple. There are numerous nearby attractions including Dunster Castle and Dunkery Beacon, the highest point of Exmoor. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurat 500 yards.
