Enjoyed the cottage, but felt that some aspects could do with improvement, such as the yard in which it is situated - although it is a working farm, we felt that the area around the cottage would be improved by tidying up, and the road down to the cottage would be improved if it was cut back a bit. Inside, we felt that the twin bedroom needs a mirror of some sort, as the only other one was in the double bedroom. The outside seating area was a bit sparse - not that we sat out there. Apart from these remarks the cottage was warm and comfortable, and a welcome pack of a bottle of wine and some milk was good.

No mobile phone signal . The beds were not great. Much to do in this area so we did have a good time.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Cider Cottage. It's a beautifully converted barn and is well placed for exploring sights of Sussex and Kent. We were there in spring so the kids seeing lambs up close was a real bonus and we did a lovely bluebell walk just a short distance from the cottage. There isn't much of a garden for anyone thinking they might spend time relaxing outside, and with the kids that's the one thing that we missed slightly but we were out exploring every day so it didn't make much of a difference. We'd stay again if we were to return to the area.

We stayed at the cottage for a four day break over Christmas. We were amazed how comfortable and well equipped it was. It was very peaceful with some lovely walks, on the farm and further afield. We enjoyed our time there so much we wished we had booked a longer stay.

We had a very lovely stay at Cider cottage, such a cozy well equipped cottage. The owners were so helpful and we settled in very easily. the beautiful scenery was a bonus. The only thing that may have improved it is a better sign posted entrance/driveway as it was a little difficult to find in the dark, however this did not tarnish our experience at all. Thanks again :).

A lovely cottage. Very clean and equipped to a high standard, with a thoughtful welcome bottle of wine ! A fabulous log burner made for a cosy autumn break. Very peaceful location, with private parking. A good cottage for families with younger children, who enjoyed the wildlife. Lots to do in the surrounding area and a short drive to the seaside. Would recommend and stay again.
