My only concern was the cleanliness of the bedding. The inner duvet was soiled and smelly and that made my nights uncomfortable.

Liked the artwork that was in all the rooms, including the bathroom - a very nice touch. However, letting down the place were silly little things, like the towel rail in the downstairs toilet being broken (others have commented about this), the cd player was broken, not 6 matching wine glasses, only four chairs for the outside table, but the place takes 6, no table mats, beds could do with headboards. The wall unit on the landing could be replaced by a wardrobe. There is no need for a standard lamp in the main bedroom, the standard lamp in the lounge is hidden by the open door.

A lovely holiday home in a great setting. The only complaints would be the very narrow (2'6") single beds, which for adults, were quite cramped. As per everyone else's complaints, one of the toilet seats kept falling off, and the towel rails and toilet roll holders were not fixed securely to the walls. People seem to have made the same complaints for years so I am unsure why these problems are not rectified. Despite these little niggles, we were very happy there for our week's holiday.

Nice cottage, looking a bit tired in places, old sofa and lacking utensils and crockery but clean and in a great location near motorway and supermarkets but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere.
