Great place to stay. Great views and though out of the way was approx 30 to 40 mins away from most attractions especially the beaches of the jurassic coastline.

A great holiday home! Val and Dave were warm and welcoming hosts - equally happy to offer advice on the local area or leave you in peace depending on your preference. The location is in a quiet village with a local pub in walking distance that serves good hearty food. We used the lodge as a base to explore the Jurassic Coast with our kids and it served us brilliantly well. The lodge was newly renovated to a really high standard. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfy beds meant we had a brilliant nights sleep. The lounge has a double height ceiling with a mezzanine balcony so felt really roomy and light. We really enjoyed it here. The views and location are stunning and we enjoyed interacting with the chickens too!
