A marvellous modernly equipped property ideal for self catering and trips out to nearby tourist attractions. My wife and I will certainly try to get there again in the near future. It is particularly ideal for the disabled with a ground floor wet room with facilities to assist with showering etc

Excellent cottage in a peaceful rural location. Immaculately presented inside and outside, with large beautiful communal gardens and a pond. Well equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly owners, who left us a lovely cream tea on arrival. It was about 15 minutes drive to Perranporth, which is our favourite beach, but there is other lovely beaches nearby. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to return again in the future.

Excellent stay for a week in June. We were a party of 8 who had rented both cottages on site. This was perfect for a large family get together with enough space to sit together inside or out when the weather was good in the evenings. The property was immaculately clean on arrival and very well stocked in the kitchen. The only reason not to give a 10 overall was that there wasn't really anywhere to walk to in the vicinity. That said it was excellently situated to get out in the car and explore the sights of Cornwall. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely week here and we were lucky enough to have some good weather. The owner made us very welcome and the property was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Also very warm and lots of hot water! Good location for touring and near to St Agnes and Porthtowan which were both lovely little places if you don't want to travel too far.

Very friendly owners. Immaculate but very homely cottage. Did not stint on the crockery so we did not have to keep washing up all the time (other properties we have stayed at have only had one piece of crockery per person). The only reason,s it did not get the perfect 10 all the way was the fact that bedside lights were a bit too bright and we could have done with an extra towel each (nothing to towel dry your hair on). Excellent stay overall.
