Carlyon Bay and its sandy beach is only 1 mile from this traditional terrace cottage offering ideal family accommodation.

These two comfortable, Grade II listed holiday cottages are set with their separate little gardens in a picturesque, unspoilt Georgian harbour village which looks much the same now as it did 100 years ago , and is often used as a film location. Privately owned, Charlestown harbour is renowned for its visitor centre, resident sailing ships, restaurants and pub, all within walking distance of Charlestown Cottages. Two of an attractive little row, they lie in a conservation area just a mile from the sandy beach at Carlyon Bay. St Austell (3 miles) offers good shops, inns and restaurants, as well as a choice of beaches in the bay. Eden Project 4 miles. Lost Gardens of Heligan

This cottage is in an excellent location with good local amenities. However it was too small for our needs for a whole week- with two six foot members of the party the low ceilings were an issue. The owner made us very welcome with the cream tea and the equipment in the cottage was excellent.

This is a lovely cottage in a great location. The stairs are steep and the ceilings low. I think it's worth a few bangs on the head for the amazing view of the sea from the bed. I'd stay again as it's ideally located for lots of things. The buses aren't great but taxis are excellent and very cheap- £10 to Eden and £15 to Heligan. The cottage has everything you could need, is in a quiet location and close to the sea.

Perfect property for our holiday as it was central to all we wanted to do and see.

Great house and fantastic welcome of Cream Tea on arrival, everything required in the property to make yourself at home and relax. Charlestown is a great location and easy to get to all attractions the only issue that was expected was the lottery of car parking outside the property if not available other parking is within walking distance that may not suit some people.

The cottage and Charles Town were both beautiful and perfectly located for visiting attractions in Cornwall.
