We loved the location of the cottage. The cottage is fine for walking to the beach. Bathroom and hot water facilities are a bit dated. Very clean. Games room would benefit from putting a 2nd TV in there to keep teenagers entertained. Otherwise loved it.

Lovely location and will suit those that wish to be away from the crowds, whilst being easily accessible, but sadly in need of a bit of tender love and care. Love the location and love Criccieth and would like to love the cottage, but have to say its very basic in an 'uncared' for kind of way, rather than authentic period style etc. The kitchen and bathroom were very basic and whilst the master bedroom quite nice, the throw on the bed had to be packed away due to the presence of dog hairs - not good! Overall the cleanliness of the cottage was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay, but it wouldn't take a great deal of investment and updating to make this an exceptionally lovely place and a memorable place to stay.

Pleasant surprise to find the cottage remote from village but still only 10 minutes walk from Criccieth beach. Excellent location and well equipped. Beds are a bit creaky!

Directions to find the property were somewhat difficult. It may help to indicate that the track to the cottage is immediately opposite No. 1 North Terrace and can be distinguished by a hydrant marker to the right of the track entrance.

A sign at the entrance to the lane would be really useful. Warm and cosy and a good centre for the local area. Shower difficult to get right. Interior in places and exterior in need of a little TLC but we really enjoyed our stay.
