The house we stayed in was very nice. Very lovely area. The big down side to our stay was the way the owners treated us after we had left. We waited almost 3 weeks to find out what was happening with our security deposit. And we had to phone them. When we arrived at the property no one was there to meet us. The wife came around on the Saturday morning to greet us and then got funny because we didn't want to use the hot tub. We had stated that we were thinking of using it. It was too hot in the house so the wife said she would get the husband to pop round on the Sunday morning to sort this out. We waited in for over 2 hours for him to arrive and he did not bother to show up. Wasting a morning. They complained that we left the house in a disgusting way. Which I will be following up with cottages for u. If you want to take children or dogs don't bother. They complained about some dog hairs left behind and hand prints on the kitchen cupboards and doors and windows. Their kitchen was lovely but the style was always going to have hand prints on. What's wrong with door handles? They said it took 4 people to clean the house and they all went over by an hour. Does not take 28 hours to clean a house. In my opinion the owners have had some bad experiences with letting. Glass around the stairs at the top being broken and are trying to recoup the money by saying property is in a bad state. Also miffed at losing £150 on us not using the hot tub. I wouldnt recommend you stay in this house, unless you clean for the queen and don't mind wasting 2 days trying to get it tidy so you can get your deposit back. Also there was no gate at the front of the property causing us to have safety concerns for our children's and dogs. The banisters in the garden were also dangerous. If you have children make sure they ware a helmet to protect themselves.

The Dishwasher stopped working at the start of the holiday, but we felt that this was just unfortunate, and the owners tried their best to get it repaired. Overall we had an excellent holiday. The property is lovely, very spacious and ideally situated for some beautiful sandy beaches.

Outstanding luxury and facilities although being picky, the cooking equipment and utensil provision did not match the quality around the rest of the house, difficult to cook for 11 people with the cookware provided. Otherwise magnificent!!
