Pleased to say surprisingly modern and very well equipped. Good value all round, and is a great location to explore the north of Fife.

This was our third stay at this beautiful cottage and it won't be our last! Everything about it is perfect, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy beds and the large bathroom. The location is ideal for golfers, as it's within a 10 min drive from St Andrews. We'll be back next year!

Comfortable and well equipped cottage. Only had 3 nights there while visiting our son who lives in the area so didn't spend too much time at the cottage or in the village but what time we did spend was very relaxing. The position of the TV was slightly awkward as it was on top of a cabinet so that, as the settee was fairly close, you had to look up to see it properly.

The only down side was the sofas are a bit too small to relax fully on. Also the heating the bedroom was poor causing you to waken up during the night feeling cold. They could also upgrade their tin opener as not all tins are ring pulls. Other than that the cottage was great and will definitely be back. It is a great location to tour St Andrews and would be good to visit when the weather is warmer.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the Owner; I am sorry to hear that there were certain things you were not happy about at the cottage. I wish you had contacted me whilst you were at the cottage so I could have helped. i.e., I could have sorted the heating situation, I could have supplied another duvet on top of the two supplied, shown you where the hot water bottles are kept in each room and shown you how to use the magi-can tin opener which we have had no problem using since.
