Wonderful cottage in a stunning location. Rambling garden with lots of space to roam. Good sized rooms & very comfortable beds. The only criticism is no dishwasher.

our stay at cartref melus in llysfaen last week was absolutely wonderful.Everything you could need in the cottage, home from home we would describe the cottage as!!! And yes we have already rebooked cartref melus for next year already! The views from the windows were to die for..fields,horses,and further mountains...stunning!beautiful walks around the cottage with the dogs, and just into town, many shops, takeaways, petrol, etc etc,the cottage is in a perfect position to visit everywhere in north wales. The owners are extremely helpful, and its obvious they love the cottage too,and spend quality time there, the cottage is very homely, and the garden is beautiful, there is a wonderful new summerhouse, plenty of areas to sit around the garden too.Thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful cottage. We cant wait to come back again next year!

We had a lovely week as the weather was good and there were plenty of places to visit. Had to use the car every day as the house was a bit off the beaten track, saying that there were superb views from it.

Fantastic cottage with excellent, very accommodating hosts. Placed in an idyllic location with stunning views from the front & well-kept gardens/summer house to relax with a glass of wine on an evening. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable week away - very clean & comfortable. Also very well placed to explore everything that North Wales has to offer. Would recommend this accommodation & will visit again in the future.
