Lovely cottage. Very comfortable with everything you could want. Mr Old was very friendly and kind. He let us park our vintage car and trailer in the cow shed. We would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic! The 4 of us had a really great time - the cottage looked even better in real life than the pictures. We were greeted with fresh scones, clotted cream and local jam, plus fresh flowers. I never thanked Julia (the owner with her husband Dave) for these...so thank you! The cottage was immaculate and beautiful - we couldn't have hoped for more. We look back at our holiday with very fond memories. We loved being on the farm and our 2 boys kept asking where Dave was (he's the owner and farmer). He made our holiday there very special - what a lovely man, who gave so much time to us and the boys including sitting on the tractors etc, whilst trying to look after about a 1000 sheep! Thank you Dave :) We were talking today that we'd like to book again next year, exact same place, same cottage.....so hope to see you then!

The Farmer was lovely, very friendly helpful and willing to chat. His wife was courteous and helpful to. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The cottage was lovely. It was really nice to see all the sheep on the farm. Padstow really nice as was all of Cornwall. The disappointing thing was the weather, it rained quite heavily at time for most of the week which was strange for this time of year.

I have stayed here several times over the last 30 years and have always been impressed with the high standard of the accommodation and the friendliness of the proprietors. Being located on a working sheep farm, and us staying during lambing season, there was plenty to see. It's a short drive to both Wadebridge and Padstow and there's plenty to do locally. The cottage is great for children as child gates were provided and there is a huge garden to the rear.
