A great cottage, in a perfect location. Ideal for walking, cycling and sightseeing. The cottage was cosy and the enclosed garden gave an element of seclusion from the surrounding farmland.

We absolutely loved the location, peace and the cottage. Kids loved watching the rabbits in the garden first thing in the morning and plenty of space in the garden to run around. Lots of places to visit nearby, some that we enjoyed were; The cream 'o' Galloway, Galloway Forest , Kirkudbright, Portpatrick and St Ninian's Cave to name but a few. We would definitely like to come back to the area and to this cottage. We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival, with Croissants, Jam and local wine, which went down a treat!! Thank you to the owners, made us feel welcome.
