This stylish, detached, converted barn is just a few hundred yards from the heart of Chipping Campden

This stylish, detached, converted barn is just a few hundred yards from the heart of Chipping Campden. As the main town in the north-western area of the Cotswolds of high hills and secluded coomb (with its magnificent ’wool’ church, wide market street and beautiful buildings that span at least five centuries), this would make the perfect base from which to tour and explore. With an acre of grounds and ample parking for visitors, Campden Barn offers a high level of comfort with limestone flooring in bathrooms and underfloor heating on both floors of the property.
The magnificent gardens of Kiftsgate Court and Hidcote Manor - with its lovely views over the Vale of Evesham - are not to be missed, as well as many other National Trust properties in the locality; Stratford-upon-Avon (approximately 8 miles), shops, restaurants and pubs, 200 yards.

Large living room with wood-burning stove, 37" LCD TV, natural limestone floor and French doors to garden and paddock. Large well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room with granite worktops, wood-burning stove, breakfast bar, range cooker, combi m/wave, American f/freezer, 40in LCD TV, natural limestone floor and French doors to garden. Two twin bedrooms, each with TV/DVD player and built-in wardrobes. Two bathrooms with over-bath shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. Two open-tread staircases to first floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed, balcony, oak floor, TV/DVD player, built-in wardrobes and en-suite marble-tiled shower room with toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

An excellent place to stay this place has everything you need from toilet rolls and cleaning products, toys books and games to keep you entertained. Tv's in every room. Blue tooth speakers downstairs and outside. This place is perfect is you want to be spoilt and to enjoy peace and quiet. As this also has two master bedrooms with on suite it could easily work with two families. The only thing that let it down but is a personal preference is that the towels where small and not big and soft bath sheets. The place is as described and spotlessly clean. The garden isn't very secure for dogs but we took a long training lead mainly as our dog is a sight hound and there are lots of rabbits !

Excellent accommodation and location. Bedrooms and facilities are great. Patio needs cleaning and some of the technology needs updating as it is faulty. One of the log burner vents is stuck. All in all a fantastic location and we very much appreciated our mini break.

Great place to stay, lots of space, lots of toilets and comfortable beds. The downstairs showers didn't get hot though so showers were fast and I couldn't wash my hair in them!

Fantastic location, easy stroll in Chipping Campden and lots of lovely walks in the Cotswolds close by. A very smart cottage, two super log burners and the under floor heating was a big hit with the dog!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Campden Barn in January. A beautiful place, well equipt and spotlessly clean, would not hesitate to book it again.

A little difficult to find but once you're in - it's beautiful! Great amenities and really comfortable. There aren't doors on two if the bedrooms, which made it a little awkward in the morning when we wanted to make breakfast but didn't want to wake those sleeping off the kitchen. Loved that there was so many bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipt.

A very comfortable barn for a New Year stay. Spacious, although the downstairs twin bedrooms were rather cramped which was the only downside. My 95 year old father enjoyed it very much especially as there were no steps to negotiate. 5 minutes walk to the heart of Chipping Campden with all its pubs, cafes and shops and other lovely Cotswolds towns nearby. The barn was very well equipped and warm. I have marked it down for value for money as it was very expensive for the New Year week. I would recommend it,however, as good VfM at other times of the year.

Our family had a great weekend in this lovely barn conversion. Spacious but the underfloor heating kept everything nice and warm (including the dogs!). We liked the luxury of having a bathroom per room and the bedding felt high quality like all the fittings. The kitchen dining space worked well for group meals. The local contact, Jo, was even able to find us a Christmas tree to put up as part of our celebrations. Would not hesitate to recommend.
