A very comfortable stay, lots of space, a well equipped kitchen with a big cooker, the hot water was not a problem. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and one of the biggest bathrooms ever. I feel we all had a good relaxing week at the Caer Arba and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends

We stayed here May half term 2015 with three adults and three kids. Whilst the house was spacious and tidy, the kitchen floor was covered with dog hair. The window in the double bedroom could not be opened, and when we asked the owners to help us open it, their reply was, 'sorry, but it cannot be opened'. The TV set did not work and again, the owner was unable to help. The bathroom is a large room with no furniture other than a small table where the towels had been placed for our use. The lack of furnishing was also noticeable in other rooms, all three bedrooms in particular. On the more positive side, the house is located relatively close to all major attractions including Swansea, Gower beeches, Gnoll Country Park, Margam Park etc. and National Trust's Aberdulais Falls.
