Great cottage, a little patch of grass for the dog would have been good. Ideal to travel to local beaches etc The local pub was excellent for both food and drink, and they were very friendly. Everything you need is in the cottage, would definitely stay again

The cottage was warm and welcoming when we arrived and is well equipped for a holiday let. Initial impressions was of a clean and fresh smelling house but have to agree with previous holiday makers that coat hooks would be a welcome addition.

On the down side, the patio to the front garden needed a clean, was slippery. The sofas in the lounge were not comfortable, quite hard and the lounge could do with a rug to add more comfort.

Excellent cottage, excellent views over Park Howard, well equipped & very comfortable, road is a bit busy during the day & evening due to being used as a cut through.Parking was a bit of a issue, details stated off road parking for vehicles but this was not so & there was only space for 1 vehicle which had to be parked on the pavement which was tight.

The cottage had everything we needed. A good base for visiting friends nearby. The outside space could be made to look a bit nicer.

Lovely clean cottage would stay again. Although disappointed with parking as we could not park on hard stand. Gave an 8 because of parking. Could not fault anything else.
